What do I receive?

A customer request form, dashboard, booking calendar, QR/link, and reply flow matched to your business.

Do I need a website?

No. You can share your form link on WhatsApp, Facebook, posters, flyers, or your business profile.

Where do leads go?

Leads should go into the ReqNest system and appear on a dashboard for the business. For the earliest setup, WhatsApp is used while the database/dashboard backend is being added.

Can requests go to different providers?

Yes. The system is being designed to route requests by skill, area, availability, and workload.

Will technicians have a calendar?

Yes. The dashboard should include a calendar where technicians can add their own manual jobs, block unavailable times, and manage ReqNest bookings.

Will WhatsApp chats appear in ReqNest?

The product direction is opt-in WhatsApp linking: providers can tag client chats/phone numbers so only business conversations show in ReqNest. Personal chats should stay private.

Is this a subscription?

No. Current setup packages are once-off fees. The dashboard/app will be included in the service while we build the production system.

How long does setup take?

Usually 24–48 hours after we receive your business details and payment confirmation.

Can this work for non-mechanics?

Yes. We can adapt the request form for cleaners, handymen, plumbers, electricians, beauty services, caterers, and other local services.
